With over 5 years of experience supporting people with disabilities and mental health challenges, I’m here to walk beside you and help you build the skills, confidence, and connections needed for a recovery journey that’s truly your own.I’m someone who enjoys video games, sports, and connecting with others through shared interests. I know that healing and recovery aren’t always about clinical settings—they’re also about feeling safe, understood, and seen for who you are.My role as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach is all about empowering individuals with psychosocial disabilities, including those who are neurodivergent, to navigate the world on their own terms. Whether you're dealing with sensory sensitivities, executive functioning challenges, or social communication differences, my aim is to support you in building skills, confidence, and independence in a way that feels right for you.
